I became a Midwife because I love supporting people through this beautiful ritual that can so often be intimidating. I was supported through my own birth by an amazing Midwife and doula both of whom provided my partner and I with continuous and unconditional support. Now, I feel driven to provide that same care for others. It has been a life-changing decision to dedicate myself to birth work and I am so glad my personal experience moved me to empower others during their own transition into parenthood. So much so that I became a registered nurse to work in labor and delivery and now a Midwife.

Birth is a sacred time that should be protected. When working with expecting parents, my goal is to help equip you with the necessary tools to have your dream birth while keeping you safe. I focus on presenting evidence-based information to my clients; that way, you can find your approach and tailor your birth to your desired experience.

I’m ever present for labor and delivery, providing safety and comfort. I’m prepared to assist with pain management. I provide the laboring person with comfort, coping techniques, relaxation, acupressure, massage as well as guidance to your labor partner, when needed. I ensure confidentiality.
